Default Fuel Pump Question

Hi all! I hope this is the right forum for this question.

I have an external in-line fuel pump for the 1989 F-150. I'm using it for a custom fuel injection system on a supercharged motorcycle (yes, i'm nuts). Can someone here tell me which end of the pump is the high pressure (fuel rail) end? Is it the end with the electrical connectors on it? Thanks in advance!

?? I had a 1985 Ranger and it had two fuel pumps on it. One in the tank, high pressure pump. One on the inside of the frame rail under the drivers door this was a low pressure fuel pump. Are you sure your not looking at a low pressure pump and the high pressure pump is in the tank?
