Just purchase 2013 f150 xlt with 3.7v6 24000 miles, I was wondering if I should add fuel additives when i fill up and if so what do you recommend , Thanks

 

Nope. Just go to BP or Shell and fill it a few times. Their gas has good additives in it already and if the previous owner bought cheap gas, it will help clean it out, if not, doesn't hurt. With BP all their grades have the same additives, so just plain ol 87 octane is all you need.

Been using BP for 2 years now and have never had any fuel issues.
