Default Frustrated

2015 F150 Lariat 3.5 4x4...had problems with overheating. Numbers over the top of the digital gauge. Replaced thermostat, radiator and water pump. Now truck seems to heat and show numbers above gauge at heavier acceleration or going up hill. Any thoughts?

Most likely air in system. Newer systems need to be vacuum filled to prevent allowing air in system. I assume you just filled reservoir after repairs. You can try burping the system by running the truck with the cap off and manually squeezing the upper hose. Just make sure you don't open system when hot. But be careful because the hoses that have quick disconnects have internal o-rings that will leak if you look at them funny and should be replaced anytime you disconnect or even rotate the hoses.

I’m assuming it overheats when towing?
