front wheel squeal

My 1992 F-150 4x4 has a squeal coming from the left front wheel area. I have checked the brake rotor and did not find anything in it. I hear the noise when under power. Any ideas???

x2 my 1994 4x4 is doing the same i hope i just need to repack the bearings if not i think new bearings are about 20 each? not to sure but its a cheap problem to fix and dangerous if not
