I currnetly own a 1992 Ford F-150 XLT with a 351 5.8L 4X4. The Left front tire is wearing really bad on the outside. Ive heard it was a simple adjustment. I was wanting to have a leveling kit installed and wasnt sure if there is a kit that will help adjust the front end.

After you install your leveling kit...you need an alignment..so do that first...and like ATOM said check your ball joints.

For the front coil suspension, there are basically 2 choices for leveling the front. Leveling coils, which are 2" taller(or so) or the spacer that mounts in the upper end of the coil. The spacers come in a few different sizes of lift from about 1" to 3". It really comes down to preference as to which one you choose.
