Default Front Bumper Install

My current F150 XL has a front bumper without the fog light placements. I am looking for purchase the front bumper with the outlets for the fog lights. I was wondering if anyone knew what kits and/or tools i would need in order to successfully connect this new bumper and fog lights onto my truck. Thanks!!

Should be basic hand tools. Wiring will be the hardest part. You need to wire in a relay on the low beam side of the headlights.

I know my old Mazda Protege did not come with the factory fogs but it had the relay tucked behind the front bumper, all u had to do was wire in a switch once u put in the fogs....Im sure its not that easy with our trucks though...

Just make sure you get the according bumper for your year, the brackets are slightly different on the 04s and 05s

ya like said above you may already have the wiring there for fogs... I know my 96 ranger had all the wiring for fogs and never came with a lower valance for fogs.

they've ran wire thru the doors for YEARS... my 96 ranger has plenty of wire ran thru the doors for speaker, power windows & mirrors. Redid my speaker wires through the doors for the amp to my components.

Good deal, I made sure I ordered the right parts and everything. I'll be attempting to install it prob in a couple of weeks. Thanks for everyone's feedback. From what I am reading this shouldnt be too difficult!
