Default Found #5 Misfire

Been having a problem with a #5 misfire since I bought this 2001F150 .Finally tore into it after trying cop new plugs checking injector and wiring with no luck.So today I pulled the drivers side head. What I found was a chunk missing out of #5 intake valve and a slight bit ou damage to the exhaust valve. The intake valve definitely needs replacing, the exhaust one I could get by without replacing , but probably will anyways. All I can say is its alota work to get to this point. I have done alota big block and small block muscle car engines, but this is my first engine that I have done thats run by computer.I thought it would be alot more difficult than it actually was.So now I either replace the 2 valves or get a different head.I lucked out there was no piston damage. But I also had compression that was different every time I tested it lol. So hopefully now the truck will run right when back together.

I forgot to ask , what would it cost to send both heads out to get refurbished?.Seeing one head needs 2 valves. Any idea, just wondering if I have enough money left to do it .
