I’ve added my new 2025 F150 to the app and connected to the truck via the modem.

How long does it take to receive the points? I tried adding the dealer, vehicle and purchase date in the rewards lookup, but it says it can’t find anything.

I’ve called FordPass rewards customer service. They verified I’m setup correctly and the points can take up to 30 days to show up.

 

How many millions of points do you get for buying a new vee hickel?

As of 10/1/24 new gas/hybrid purchase is 31,000; new electric is 22,000.

I took delivery of my 2024 F-150 on 9/21/24 and got around 70,000 points.

 

Nope - unless it was a diesel.

Any vehicle purchased BEFORE 10/1/2024 got you 42,000 points (gas or hybrid) or 75,000 points for diesel.
Any vehicle purchased AFTER 10/1/2024 only gets 31,000 points, regardless of what vehicle type it is.

Out of the dozen or so new Ford and Lincoln vehicles we've purchased or leased, most were purchased -- and I always earned 42,000 points.

I just purchased a 2026 F230 CCSB Platinum Powerstroke last month. I bought a vehicle with a $99K MSRP sticker (paid less, AZ plan) and I'm only eligible for 31K points.

Oh, and FordPass is about a month behind granting buyers their points. My dealer sent me this today (from some internal Ford system):

Got my points. Dealer ended up giving me 10k extra as a goodwill gesture as they forgot to process mine.

I had a total of 47,000 points 31,000 from the purchase, 10,000 extra and I had some in there already). I ordered front and rear mud flaps and a chrome exhaust tip. About $250 work of stuff.

 

Late last year they capped points for new vehicles at around 35,000 depending on rhe vehicle type. Back in April 2024 I received about 75,000 point for my Lariat.

 

Got 39k for buying 2024 hybrid. Not enough to even buy floor mats.
