Ford pass not working

Default Ford pass not working

Ford passed worked when hooked up at dealers at time of purchase. Two days later it wouldn't refresh to show vehicle information and wouldn't start or unlock vehicle. I deleted app, started over and redid the whole process. It would not recognize it on the truck then like two days later it popped up on the screen. It worked for a day and back to not working. Something I'm doing wrong or is this app junk?

I have not had this problem. I know when it updates it logs me out and such. Have you made sure you have the current version? If it is the current version you may want to take it into the service center. Our dealer just told us there doing a $250 dollar promo for something with the app I wasn't super focused on that. We should both ask our dealers about it though.

Some issues I do have are in regards to the warranty not reflecting my premium care and I can't change the servicing dealership from the one I purchased the truck at. A minor inconvenience but if anyone has a solution that would be nice.

it has its bugs for sure, i would give it another day and see what happens

Do you have a weak cell signal where the truck is located?

No signal is good. Have wifi actually. Not sure what it is. Maybe I have something not right in the settings on my phone.
