what are some pf the problems with the MFT?
do you have to exhibit problems to get the update?
I have a 2013 and it seems to work ok

The update which JUST came out is considered a Recall.

The fixes include Nav updates to the Home Screen, reworking of the icons when the maps are shown. PLUS the system is faster, the delays between screens have been reduced.

While the system is NOT PERFECT but it is getting there.

So this sounds like a fix for the MFT only associated with the factory navigation head unit variety .... In other words if you don't also have factory nav then you aren't impacted. Can any confirm or deny if I'm right?

Was this update only for 2013 MFT or is it for all years? I have a 2010 lariat, unless I missed something it seemed like your only talking about new vehicles. Thanks for the help
