Default Ford Emblem replacement

I'm a new F150 owner and as you can see, my Ford emblem is in bad shape. I bought the truck used and out of warranty. I'm looking for a replacement, but it seems like you can't find them for less than $50. I'll pay that if I have to, but it just seemed kind of expensive. Does anyone know where I can get one cheaper?

You would think Ford would GIVE them away as long as
you can prove you really needed one...

I just tried to remove mine from a 2010. I wanted to
take it off to install a bug cover over the grill then put
the emblem back on, just for looks. The two nuts that
you would *think* is all the holds it on. N O T !
That sucker can't be taken off unless you break it! It
must also be glued.

That would be awesome to get a free one, and I really do need it.

Hopefully when I get the new one I wont have that much trouble installing.

If its flat on the front, clean it up, and have a decal made. Cost ya 10 bucks.

Or actually go into Ford and ask them for one? If not, go to the next person and up the chain.

The things are all over ebay in every size ever made. And usually cheap - I've bought and sold em for as little as 10-15 bucks. Just search. I just searched Ford Oval and there are more than 3,300 listings. How hard can it be?
