Default Ford Contacts

I wanted to ask you all for your information on reaching out to ford for an issue the dealership won't fix.
i called the normal customer number but I want to see if there is any way to contact someone else that is willing to help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know in the past, you could contact the district/regional manager to help and they did. Perhaps customer service or your dealer could provide the number. Trouble is in these days of electronic communication, it may prove useless.

They have yet to help me. I talked to a supervisor and she was the highest person I could talk to according to her. So I am looking for other options. Dealer is mad at me too as the don't want to fix the noise of this truck. Saying it's normal.

Times have changed. They USED to have Ford reps on all these F series & Mustang forums. No more

1)Record the noise and let us hear it. Someone here might know what it is.

2)Try a different dealer.

I had great success contacting ford on facebook when the local dealer was giving me the runaround with an IWE solenoid grinding noise covered under warranty. The person I talked to talked to the dealer service manager directly.
