Default Forced Induction F150's

I am new to the F150 community. Please excuse me if this is a repost.

I want a boosted F150. I know that Saleen and Roush have made them. Who else is producing boosted trucks?

Yes. Factory or dealer modified. I'm looking for a turn-key forced induction F150.

2004-2011. The newer the better. I am simply looking for a hot-rod truck and want to know the names to search for on the internet.
I would prefer the Roush Nitemare, but finding one for sale could take a year.
