Obviously in a rush, I backed out of my garage today without folding my driver's side mirror and plowed it against the garage panel. The mirror is intact, the only problem seems to be that the casing is loose on the pivot or swivel. Seems to knocked out of place...and shakes when I drive. Compared to the good mirror (passenger side) it does not lock in place. From comparing the two, nothing seems to be broken...just off allignment. Is there any way to remove the mirror from the pivot to see whats wrong or put back in place? Im attatching some photos to show better examples......thanks! 2010 Lariat, not electric fold.

 

Mine does the same exact thing on my 06! Help us!
