Default Fog light

WHy is my fog light doin this?? I know this isn't normal? It's not cracked or anything. Anyone know?

The housing could be cracked or the bulb is not sealing good.

Man how did u come to that conclusion?!?! Are u sure??? Just kiddin.... Yea I knew that I'm asking what would be makin it do that because there are no visible cracks!

If the bulb isn't sealed wouldn't there be moisture at the back of the housin around the bulb?? Ur prolly right because I don't see any cracks.

Its probably hot enough around the reflector and the bulb to burn off the moisture where it collects on the lens where its the furthest away from the heat source.

U know ur prolly right bud.... Because If I remember correctly it didn't do this till after I put in my hid's.... Should I try and make me a gasket out of some material I have??

Yeah either try and make one or double up on them if you have any from your stock bulbs. Im trying to remember if these use the foam gasket style or the o-ring. If it has teh o-ring you wont be able to double it up.

yeah it probably is the bulb. mine did the same after i put in my HID's, and it stopped when i put silverstars in. shouldn't be a difficult fix

Now that I think of this I had this problem on my ranger with my hid's in my fogs... And I made me a gasket for those. Sure do miss that thing too... I think I actually complemented ur ranger on the ranger forum one time Patrick.
