There has never been a double blind placebo controlled study into this via dyno that I know of, and any difference would probably be negligible in a 6,000lb truck, so you will probably see an equal increase in performance enhancement with any of them.

i personally have a Magnaflow and I like it.

I agree. If 1 has a better increase in performance it won't be very noticeable if at all. Maybe 1-5hp? It's all about sound pretty much....

Yeah, sorry...I should have pointed out that while the performance increase would probably be equal among the three exhaust, any increase in performance/torque/hp would be minimal and most likely barely noticed.

With a good brand name exhaust, a CAI or gott's mod, and a tune, you can see a good increase in performance over anyone thing done by itself. But still, without a Supercharger, you ain't gonna have a Mustang. Just sayin...

Yep. Search on youtube and see what you like sound wise only. Just an exhaust ( as in cat back or muffler only ) is only going to net you very minimal gains powerwise. Just get what's within your budget and what sound you like.

I personally like the Flowmaster 44 series for the F-150's, that's what I have on my 93. Doesn't cost much $ and has a nice growl to it. Course, it would sound a lot better on your 5.4 then my 4.9 L6 engine. lol

Got the Flowmaster Super 44 on my 98 and it has a great growl to it. Put it on to replace the piece of ****e Magnaflow that was on it. Hate Magnaflow.
