Hey guys I have a 2015 f150 5.0, I bought a 40 series single in dual out from a buddy and I was wondering how it will sound. Will it be really loud or will it have a nice deep tone, or not sound good at all

I can't tell you from experience, but what I've read on the forum is that the 40 series is fairly loud but sounds good.

Will sound nice like a 5.0 v8 mustang. Had one on my 5.4 liter F150.

The 40 series is definitely aggressive sounding. Quite a bit louder than stock, and the comparison to a Mustang is spot on. It will sound like a muscle car when taking off from a light. In my opinion, that's nothing but a good thing!

The only issue is it might drone a bit. YMMV

it will sound really good, but more than likely it will have a drone in the cab.

Yes there will be some minor drone but not bad at all. When cruising on highway at 2k rpms it's pretty quiet inside the cab.

Had flownadters on mine fir 5 yrs and loved the sound with the SCT tune and CAI. Truck turned heads it sounded so good.
