Default flowmaster 44 or 40 single or double chamber?

Im looking at putting a muffler on my 02 F150 Supercrew. Im sixteen this is my first truck and i want some good sound for it. Thinking of going either with the flowmaster 44 or 40 series with single chamber. If anyone has specs on sizes for the stock muffler that would be great so i know what size to get

i have a 2006 f150. i bought it last year when i was 16. the 40 and 44 both sound great, the 44 is a little deeper lower tone growl!! I have a walker FX on my truck. They are both made the same just a different brand name. My walker FX is similar to the Flowmaster 44.

you can go to any local car shop , like a muffler place, they will order it for you or go to your local auto parts store. give them your truck specs.

Those are 2 chamber mufflers. The 10 series is a single chamber. The super 44 is the best flowing and most aggressive flowmaster in the 40 series line-up. The original 40 sounds good as well, but I would get the super 44

With the supercrew you must have atleast the 2v 4.6 or maybe the 2v 5.4. The stock piping should be 2.5 inches. If I were you I would get a si/do or even true duals. 2.25" true duals will give you the best performance gain if you use straight through mufflers like magnaflows, borla, dynomax bullets. Here is a great sounding system I bet you will like.

He used dynomax bullets which sound amazing.

Also check out these with just one bullet (3" si/so)

I think those sound better than flowmasters and the performance is better. Jsut something to chew on man.
