Default Feedback on 2012 fx4 pricing

Hi,

I am looking at purchasing a 2012 fx4 screw ecobboost w/appearance and luxury packages. MSRP is 47,900 and they are offering it to me for $39,000. Is this a good price? Also, how to i sign up to get the Ford Direct Offer rebate. Any feedback/help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds pretty good. I think you can request a brochure and they will send you the $750 rebate ciupon.

probably not on an FX4 unless they work for Ford. But I got around $10K off my XLT (which is why I went with it).

I bought a 2012 5.0 FX4 screw loaded- nav, Moonroof, everything. Sticker wasjust over $50,000. Sticker had $2000 in rebates, so $48,000. Paid $500 under invoice which put me at $43,500 and had $5000 in rebates. Sale price $37, 500 before tax, title, license. I think I got a Hell of a deal! I didn't have a trade to get screwed on. I sold my 05 FX4 privately.

Thanks! I forgot to mention. Sold my truck for $18500 which was top private party value at the time. Dealer was only going to give me $16000. I paid the dealer $200 to process the paperwork on my used truck so that it looked like I traded it to them and they then sold it to the guy who bought it from me. That way I got another $1017 off my deal on the tax savings. I was going to wait for the all new redesigned 2014/2015 f150, but this was too good of a deal to pass up!
