Mister Mitch - hope you continue to hang around. Officially- after looking at the log-in promos, I believe this site to be for Ford truck fans, not necessarily current owners.
As for those fortunate not to experience true winter weather - aarrrgh! Just got through an ice storm here - had no problem getting-goin' - just had to allow enough distance for the stops. And there ought'a be a law to license people qualified to drive in this stuff! Felt like Red Foreman (That 70s Show) out there - idiots, need a boot up their ***, etc.!

I hope you stay here, its a great place, and everyone likes to chat any ways. Even though its not a f150, many things carry over from ford to ford, and we might still be of some help, and I know that I for one, like seeing other vehicles that are moded nicely.
at least stick around and keep us updated when the mod bug hits!

I know that this is a older picture. It was rather cold out that day, but we do like a warm house. So I just put on my winter coat to go BBQing. Not a really good pic of The Mrs though... she was a little heavier than she now. I have seen myself BBQing up to -30C (-22F), but that is when we lived in Winnipeg. Used to get damn cold there. The neighbors thought we were absolutely bonkers.
As you look at the pics, you will take notice of the gerry can. Yes, it has gas in it. That is for the snow blower.
Now, a year later, and we have completely different weather... oh yea, a new BBQ as well!

believe it or no, I think that learned that in 2nd grade, I was giving him a hard time, because I like cold weather, and he does not...
that looks like a nice new grill you got your self there, but isn't propane a pain in the butt to use when its that cold out?

Morning Ty,
when I lived in Winnipeg, we had the oppertunity to get the BBQ hooked up to the city's natural gas. I don't know what made me stop. That way, you never run out of propane, ever.
I think it was that we couldn't decide where to put the BBQ.
Although we did eventually settle to where it is in this picture. This was a pretty functional house too. The fence at the bottom of the yard, well, both sides opened, so you could drive a 1/2 ton truck right into the back yard.
