Factory remote start range
Does anyone know what the max reliable range is on the factory remote start?

My '17 will start from inside the house, through the walls, 75' to the barn, through the barn walls. I've started it as far away as about 100' in the open, most I've ever tried.
I will have to test it and see.
We put an aftermarket remote start in my wife's Explorer- it has 2000' of range and that thing is amazing. I know factory starts don't have that kind of range but I was curious if anyone knew exact numbers (if they even release that information)

X2. No clue on feet. Mine is probably 250 feet in parking garage at work..around one corner I start it and soon as I round the corner see it's running

I paced it off once in a large parking lot. Open no obstructions and was at 420’. 2018 F150. At my office I can start through walls at still get the truck at 150’. Nice that my fob has feedback green light if it starts and red if it doesn’t. It has been proven true the holding the fob/remote under your chin increases the range. Cavities (pockets) and fluid I. Your head acts as an antennae. BTW I’m using the factory remote start fob.
