Default Factory radio options

My factory radio stopped working in my 2000 f150. Is there any FACTORY ford radio I can install that has built in ipod control? Something like the newer fords sync system radios. Not sure if they will work in my older truck.

I dont want to go the after market route cuz I have had several stolen and have never had a factory radio stolen.

I have an "as new" Ford OEM am/fm/cassette radio that was removed from my 2000 F150 when it was new if you're interested in staying the OEM route. Will take $30 (shipped to you) for it and the Ford folio with all the warranty and other books.

The cassette idea sounds good you can still buy those cassette adapter with the wire on them may hook to the Ipod. I have a 2000 also and don't think the newer style will fit. I put in a sony explode has usb and aux jacks right in the front it was super cheap and works great. let me know if the newer style will work.
