Default Factory radio

I jumped my truck off after a 2 day weekend because the battery was dead and the factory radio screen and sound is not working, the fuse is good ant tips?

Pull the radio fuse for a few minutes and reinstall it.

Which fuses did you check? I believe there are a few different ones for the various components like Sync, radio, amp etc.
