Default Factory Navigation retrofit

I am looking to buy a 2012 F150 FX4 that has everything except factory Nav and a sunroof. Does anyone know if a Ford factory Nav system be retrofitted?

By the way, I am new to the forum. I am a disabled retired police officer and driven Ford vehicle since 1970.

Don't waste your money on a Ford Nav. Much better units out there.
I just put a Kenwood DNX891HD in my Jeep, and it's excellent.

Or get a garmin and stick it to the windshield!

You can hardwire the power cable so there isnt an annoying wire running across the dash.
