True, the cars and trucks I saw burned and flipped over were usually 2000$ beaters...

I'd have respected the raptor. Also if I owned the raptor I'd have done whatever possible not to leave it buried in rock like that.

It is likely there was more than one truck present. Logically, it is also likely between them there were some tow straps. I would have paid top dollar to whoever could pull my shiny red raptor out of the stone ASAP.

Maybe I'm too bored, or just pessimistic about everything. One, in the first pic, look at the level of the water in relation to the position of the truck. That water is not really behind that truck. You would see SOME beach behind the truck. Also, notice how the front end is completely missing. Not a part of a grille, hood, or fenders. SOMETHING would have been left. Finally, if the tide came in far enough to lift that truck, roll it over, beat it to pieces, it wouldn't have deposited back on the beach on its tires. Likely to be upside down on the rocks somewhere. Oh yeah, and the rust looks more like heat damage to me.
