Default F150 virgin

ok as i said in my intro i just bought my 1st F150. its an 04 xlt 2wd. question is that the truck seems like it sits a little higher than stock. im eyeing up the kmc rockstars (18s) with the tires possibly 33s or 285/60s. my question is will this fit or would a i need to lift at all? any and all help is appreciated.

Look into Hell Bent Steel and Autospring leveling kits, up to 3" lift at a fraction of the cost of those springs, easier install too.
