here whats the problem the thing is getting vaperlock when its cool out side it runfine gets wramer then in act up need to get more air to the fuel comeing in and the injecter

Have you ever done a leak down test on the engine? Compression checked?

Ik this post is crazy old and drawn out, but I too have this same problem and its driving me nuts. I use to love my trusty 5.0. Did you ever resolve the issue?

But you have to ask yourself what manages the fuel? The computer. If the computer board has a crack in it and that crack appears only when it is heated up then that explains that. Just like a coil, a coil can show good time and time again until it gets heated up then it can show bad. When I was in the auto parts industry I would always run 3 to 5 test on the coils to get them heated up so I could make sure they were bad or not.

Wow...if this truck isn't fixed by now its time to put a bullet right between the headlights and put it to sleep.

How about the gas cap?? My old 55 chev was doing the same thing until I drilled a hole in the middle of the fuel cap. Even thogh it was a vented cap, was not venting properly or enough.
