That’s where the box link cleats go. You could get those and then bolt whatever you want to them, they have holes in the ends for a bolt to go through. Could look to see if there’s any products for the stake pockets too.
Good idea... Although my truck didnt come with those dang cleats. Or maybe they are hidden some place or are they an after market buy?
Thanks!

Ummm this may sound stupid but how do I see the picture
What's stopping you from making your own flag holders? Fastest would be to bolt a block of wood where the cleat brackets mount, then screw a flag holder to the wood.
There are stake pocket flag holders, and holders that mount to the front of the bed. I saw some cleat mount metal flag holders, but it was a pinterest link that I cannot get to ATM.

This is the best comment ever! There's 3d printing and the block of wood idea. There steel you can buy at any hardware store and fabricate something. Go and do it. Get some friends to help! Make it awesome!

Did you buy it new? It should come with them usually under the back seat. If not I’d complain at the dealer. If not new then the hardware was $17 on amazon for the mounting plates and hardware and the cleats themselves are like $40-50. They’re very useful. Just gotta search box link cleats and they’ll pop up.
