My truck seems to have of mind of it's own, Well in a way I guess it does but it is frustrating that this failsafe mode keeps getting activated with no real cause or reason.. Any help out there?

 

have you took it to a shop to have it put on the computer? and is it the motor going into fail safe? or is it the transmission going into fail safe mode? is your o/d light flashing? or is the overheat light coming on and it wont go but like 50 mph ? lol sorry for all the ? just need more information

 

Only indication I have is that the instrument panel says that "in failsafe mode" nothing is flashing and all instruments are in normal running range

 

what year model truck is it? the best thing to do is take and have it put on the computer to see why it is in fail safe mode
