this is going to sound very stupid so try and contain yalls laughter, but how do you remove the f150 badges. i have a 2000 if it matters at all. are they or are they not just simply popped into plance with two screws and 3m tape or something.

I have a 97 so I am not sure if they are the same, but I was able to remove mine by carefully warming the adhesive tape with a heat gun and pulling. I took them off for a paint job and put them back with 3M double stick tape. Sometimes when I get stuck trying to figure out how something works I will go to the dealer and ask if they have the part. It is usually easy to figure out how it works when your looking at it in your hand.

wasnt there two screws or something that also held it on? are they just popped in or something? the pics that i have seen with them removed showed to small holes in the fender.

Mine did not have any screws or tabs, just tape. But I have the 97 with XLT badges. Not sure about yours.

NO screws. Only double sided tape and some models have a hole in the fender and the back of the emblem has a dowel that goes in the hole for alignment. Thats all.
I could show you an easy, very easy way to remove the tape in like 10 secs. But I dont have any emblems I need to remove so I cant make a vid to show ya.
