Default F150 Adjustable pedals

I have very short legs, 26.5" inseam and a beer belly. That puts me nearly touching the wheel on my 2013 F150 STX. My wife is concerned about my being too close to the air bag. Would it make sense to try to add adjustsable pedals to my truck? If so, has anyone done that? If so, approx cost?

Thanks.

That's going to be very expensive if it can even be done, there are electronic modules involved as well as wiring harnesses, and assorted hardware, programming etc....

These would most likely be your best and cheapest bet. http://www.creativecontrolsinc.com/p...pedalmates.htm

Thanks for inputs. I found some rubber blocks that I can fashion into blocks. Too old to lose gut.

Thanks again.
