Default F150 2010 navigation update

I was wondering if anybody knows how to update the navigation systems maps cheaper than buying $150 disc from Ford

Buy the update disc from eBay instead of Ford.

Does anybody know what disc you need to update a 2010. Everywhere I look it doesn't show the disks update a 2010 the ones before that and ones after that year F150
