Default F-150 vs Silverado

I've had my 2011 F150 Lariat with the Ecoboost now for 6 months and I really love it. I have the opportunity to trade it in for a 2014 Silverado Ecotech. I know really it comes down to personal preference. But in your eyes what are the big pros to sticking with the F150. Generally I know it's weird but I really like how the Silverado has the digital speedometer. Thoughts here guys?

Some of the 2015's now have both the analog and digital gage. I would stick with Ford due to I

have family members that had GMC or Chevrolet and came over to Ford after seeing a few of mine.

Kinda crazy to swap trucks because of a digital readout that does nothing that the analog one does!

I wouldn't trade a 3.5 Eco for a 5.3L. Also the F150 looks better to me because I don't like square wheel wells.

The 14 Chebby dash is an improvement over the 11 F150 but at the end of the day, low end torque wins the race.

well, I guess he should get the Chebby. He likes digital speedometers, not the torque of the engines.

Not brand loyal but I have a 06 F150 currently.
I have never seen a Silverado as pretty looking as your F150.

In my personal opinion the Chevys are very base. And the horsepower and torque are kinda sad on them. My V6 Ecoboost has more power than their V8.

I have a 2015 Chevy for work...slowest truck I have ever driven. The transmission is set up for fuel mileage and the shifts are odd, it doesn't want to shift when it should. The 5.3, while decent on mileage, cannot get out of its own way. I don't have much choice when it comes to what I get for work, but I was hoping it would have been an F150. I would stick with the Ford, there is nothing to gain in the Chevy from what you are driving.
