Looking at two F-150s, one is a 2002 with low miles but a v6. The second is a 2000 with twice the milage but a 4.6l v8. I plan to use it as a plow truck, just for my driveway and my in-laws around the corner. I have a new Pathfinder 6.5 ft plow that I ran on a jeep last year but it's a stick to it was not working out.

My question is will the v6 be a a no go? I have no real plans to drive the truck regularly other than a yard truck and minimal plowing. Suggestions?
