Explanation of trim levels?
So Im looking for a screwcab 04+.
Im finding many xl,xlt,lariat...etc.
I understand 2wd/4wd and that platinum is pretty much loaded.
So could someone explain the trim levels in a bit of detail?
Id really appreciate the help. Only the ford site comes up on info when I search.

Xl has vinyl seats and clothe is optinal and vinyl floors, roll up windows, and cruise control is optional, xlt has clothe interior power windows, power locks, cruise control is standard, lariat has all of the xlt stuff, plus leather, and shifter on the console, it also has the options of the moon roof, and the nav/DVD radio, and xlt's have 17" rims unless you get the chrome package it comes with 18" rims, lariats come with 18" unless you get the chrome package it comes with 20" rims. It's mainly all preference, IMO I would get either an xlt or a lariat, also a v6 is usually standard option on xl's. This is mainly the differences but there may be other minor options
Alright, Imma still hunt for a scab 4x4 incase I get lucky.
The interior isnt THAT important and i can always add to it later lol.
Im pretty sure an 8 year younger car will come w/ better than my 96s
