Default Are Expedition and F150 wheels the same pattern?

Looking to downsize my Platinum 22" (285/45 R22) wheels on my 2015 expedition and looking at maybe swaping 18" inch f150 wheels.

I this doable? I know that a 275/65R18 tire and wheel will have the same diameter so the stock F150 wheels should work, but i don't want to screw up anything on Expedition such as MPG/Speedometer and Continuously Controlled Damping System.

Just want to swap and go.

Anyone have any insight?

Well the bolt pattern is the same, 6x135mm. The thread pitch for lugnuts may be different if I recall, I know on F150 2015 up the pitch is 14x1.5 and prior years its 14x2. Offset is the other concern, but if you are going with OEM wheels, it wont vary enough to be a concern. Also TPMS for wheels prior to 2015 wont work either, so those will have to be bought or swapped to the new wheels.

So if I look to get stock 2015 and newer 18" wheels should I be good? With TPMS as well? Simple swap and drive?

Expedition wheels are the same bolt pattern yeah, I have a set of 17's for my winter wheels. They should work with the stock lug nuts on the truck. TPMS sensors have to be for your generation of truck so the '15 and up sensors should work.

Someone just posted a thread on this with some pictures. Here is a link to it.....But it sounds like they did the opposite of what you're thinking of doing. Either way, maybe some useful info.
