Default exhaust help

so driving home today my exhaust decided to take a crap on me ,the weld broke on the inlet side of my muffler (flowmaster series 10 ) the truck came with this exhaust system from the dealer as it was a used truck , my question is I am currently running with no muffler ( retarded loud and can barely hear myself in the cab )am I going to be okay to drive around like that for a few days till I can decided whether I am going to get a whole new system or just have the exhaust repaired , I loved the way it sounded before it decide to take a **** on me , so having a hard time decide what to do , my biggest concern is driving around and causing other issues for myself , thanks for any input

Its not going to damage the truck but if you drive by a cop it might damage your wallet. You'll be fine for a few days. You might feel some power loss but it wont hurt you.
