Default exhaust

i have a 2006 f150 and today i got true dual exhaust put on it and its still quiet i still have both cats, how can i make it LOUD without removing the cats?

What kind of exhaust did you get? You can have true dual exhaust and have the wrong muffler that's too quiet. The muffler shop I got mine at said they did that for someone and put dual magnaflows on it and it sounded just like stock. It all depends on what's in the muffler.

Take the muffler out and replace it with pipe. That's what i did on my 05. It's not obnoxiously loud but it sounds just right.

Thats strange as the ten series are supposed to be the loudest flowmasters they make. I used to have single three inch forty series and it was decently loud. Do you have tips on it? That will help a little.
