2009 5.4l v8, can't decide on what type of exhaust to do. I want a very loud deep sound, si/do or di/do? Need suggestions

True duals will give you the deep sound your looking for. I'd go 2.5" pipe, true duals, or a H or X pipe and run no muffler and it will be loud. If you want it louder, high flow cats as well.

Does getting the pipes turned out cost that much more if I wanted to go that route?

Like having them come out the side, lightning style before the rear tire, or have them come out at an angle out behind the rear tire?

It shouldn't cost much if at all, I think 45 degree looks really good.
