Yeah, it's done. If you can't get it loose with a breaker bar, you can forget about breaking loose with a breaker bar. Even if you could, it's probably already fried the bearings. Anything you do with that engine is going to be a lost cause. If you just redid the top end, I would just get a rebuilt shortblock, or see if you can repair that one.

I think your motor has self-destructed. Seafoam will not heal seized bearings and/or other components. Next time watch your gauges for low readings.

Seafoam doesn't do anything if you can't get the engine started.

Is it a 5 speed. If it is you can push it down a hill, and dump the clutch, that might brake the engine lose. Probably just brake something else though.

can any one help with a timing issue on a 95 f150 just dropped in a new distributor and now just keep getting pinging in acceleration have gone back and forth with base timing and just dosent want to dial in any help would be great ty
