hello i just got a 1997 F150 V6 4.2 with bad rocker arms and bad transmission is shiftimg really hard and sounds like nocking and if i shift to 1st or 2nd gear feels like locking and the engine stalls do i need to swap the engine and transmission if so what transmission will fit or from what car or truck can i get an used engine and transmission
