A:Crown Victoria '98-99 (8-280, 4.6L), gasoline (VIN W, Romeo), exc. Police pkg
A:Grand Marquis '98-99 (8-280, 4.6L, VIN W)
Should be the same basic engine, couldn't tell you if the tranny will bolt up tho.
