Default engine swap

is there room in the engine compartment of a 2003 Ford Mustang with a V6, for a 1992 5.0L 302

I think you are lost as that has nothing to do with the F150.

Haha, very very lost. Will a 302 fit into a New Edge body style Mustang? Of course. I think the engine mounts might even bolt right up, since the V6 is basically just a 302 minus 2 cylinders. The real question is, why?? I love a 5.0L foxbody, but there's no reason to put that engine in a later model car. If you want to do a swap, I might suggest a GM 5.3L pulled from a Silverado. Look up "LS swap" and you'll find a zillion products, how-to's, and videos, etc.
