06 5.4. Had a plugged left converter. Also replaced plugs and coils. Hooked up to my scanner. My issue is barametric pressure. Reading 13.5 psi and 126Hz. Hooked it up to my 05 mountaineer and 08 F250 on both read 14.5 and 156Hz. That is right for my area. 13.5 is supposed to be for 5,000 feet or higher.
I need to know where it reads barametric pressure in this system. There is no MAP sensor it doesn't get it from the mass air flow sensor either. With this reading it makes it run way lean which is why and burned the plugs up and plugged the converter.

Here's an 04. Start 17 minutes if it doesn't automatically. He replaced the MAF sensor and the baro had to be relearned. Doesn't really seem like your issue though. Good luck.
From what little I've read you need some WOT runs to get the baro adjusted correctly, using the MAF sensor.

This guy is the best at any Ford issues. I did try a different mass air flow sensor and it still has the same exact reading. I don't what he did to make it relearn. I need to try dig a little deeper into my scanner. Reads 128hz and should be 158hz

I found an old post from a guy who frequented the forum for a short while. He seemed to really know what he was talking about. In this post he describes how BARO can get messed up and also how to reset it. Good luck. Post #6 if it doesn't open automatically.

How nasty is your throttle body air filter and housing sytem. do you think a sea foam top top treatment would open it up? You spray a can in while stepping on throttle, it seems like your motor is starving for air. With a plugged converter these are clear signs of incomplete combustion. If your engine seems to be operating fine yet not combusting your stoichmetric ie fuel to air ratio will be off as your engine will continue to supply alloted amount of fuel yet not get required air leaving in combustibles to built in converter..
