Default Engine misfire

I have a 2001 F150 4x4 supercrew with the 5.4L engine. I recently had the service engine soon light come on. I took it to autozone and they said it was a number 2 misfire. I replaced the plug and the boot but still doing it. Now should i go ahead and replace all the electronic ignition coils or just this one? Replacing them all will be a hefty price. But if this one has gone out at 134,000 miles i wonder how long before the others fail.
