engine light popping on and off

Hi , i have a 2010 F-150 , 5.4l V8 FX4 . He's about 160.000 Km .My engine light turns on and disappears few days after .

Do you know this problem ?

yes.
The problem is you haven’t gone to your local auto parts store to have them scan for codes

I agree with dmd. You need a scanner to know if there are trouble codes.

Yeah, you need to get the codes read because on the 5.4 3v that can be a "change engine light." LOL.

Hi , after a scan , it's seems to be my O² sensors that are in default .
