Default Engine Light - Codes from Autozone

I've had intermittant engine light problems (on again off again) and it is on again. I need to get vehicle emmssion tessted in 2 months so need to fix the problem.

Anyway, went to autozone and here is what they came up with on their computer after they pugged into by F150 Lariat 2006 5.6 8 cylinder:

P0174: Rich or lean air/fuel ration condition on engine bank two
Probable Cause: Ignition misfire condition, fuel injector problem, engine mechanical condition

P0301: Misfire detected-cylinder number 1
Probable Cause: Vacuum leak, injector fault, high or low fuel pressure

P0316: Crankshaft position sensor signal is monitored for errors
Probable Cause: Crank sensor defective, connector and wiring to sensor, check trigger wheel for damage

What do I do next?

Someone replied to this also posted on Craiglist - he said he had the first 2 codes p0174 and p0301 on his ford and it was the intake manifold gasket.

Do you think replacing the 4 intake manifold gaskets could solve my problem?

Here is why it is imperative to get the code numbers and not the description.
P0316 is Misfire Detected On Startup (First 1000 Revolutions)
P0174 is System Too Lean (Bank 2) and
P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected. At least they got this one right........

You need to fix the misfire before looking at the P0174.
Is the coil firing? Loose connector/chaffed wire or damaged boot? Spark plug ok? How many miles on the plugs? There is a TSB out on how to remove the plugs on your engine. See: http://www.dslreports.com/r0/downloa...d_TSB-0819.pdf
This is the latest TSB.

This is wrong information a p0174 is a lean condition on bank 2, the p0301 is a misfire on cylinder 1.A lean condition could be attributed to several things it could not have enough fuel pressure, bad or clogged injector , cloogged fuel filter, more than likely the misfire is a fouled plug from the lean condition, and a weak coil, i went through this issue just this week.

Well I brought truck to shop and they did a diagnostic and found the problem to be an intake manifold gasket - now I need to get the upper and lower manifold gaskets replaced.

Had the same thing with my Jeep... Turned out to be a cheap fix with some faulty wiring...

I replaced O2 sensors, spark plugs, cleaned all kinda electrical contacts. Would run decent then would fowl out the plugs and O2 sensors would stick lean...
