Engine Flush to free Oil Rings.

Previously tried MMO, Seamfoam without success. This last oil change ran 75% diesel fuel engine flush. Now I only let that run a couple minutes to circulate, then sit for couple hours. Did this 4 times throughout the day, then dropped to 50/50 fuel and motor oil mix and let that run for a half hour.
Jury is still out if this has freed the oil rings. I need to reiterate how well maintained this engine is. I had the intake off to replace the gasket a couple years back, the motor definitely had 3000 mile oil changes from the previous owner. I feel the sticking oil rings are from the truck sitting for such a long period.
If this last try at flushing doesn't clear up the oil burning, then I'd like to try and fill the crankcase with diesel and let it soak overnight.
It's been 500 miles since the diesel flush and the oil can barely be seen on the dipstick.

What I failed to mention is that when I replaced the intake gasket I also had the heads reworked. Yesterday afternoon I pulled the spark plugs that had been changed about 10k miles ago. Cylinder 6 had a decent amount of carbon buildup followed by number 7 that just had a slightly noticeable amount on it. The other 6 had no buildup, so number 6 is my main problem.
Other than this issue the drivetrain is very solid on this truck. I'm thinking it might be best to just focus my effort on the one cylinder. I might try a piston soak with B12 Chemtool, it could very well be the case that something is physically wrong with the oil ring and might require a rebuild.
If time permits I will recheck compression tomorrow and devise a plan of attack.

Compression will be unaffected by the oil rings.
