Engine

Every time I do my oil change I find less oil 7 quart and I find 5 quarts and I think I hear a rattle in the engine now I'm using 5w20 should I use thinker oil or put some Lucas oil any suggestion plz.

Are you checking the oil level between changes? Using 2 qt in a 3000-5000 mi OCI isn't overly excessive, but if you're running around low it's going to cause damage (ie rattle).
