So, I already did the XLT to Lariat auto folding mirror mod a year ago. Works perfectly. However, last night, I traded my truck in (but kept my new mirrors). Anyway, my new truck does NOT have puddle lamps on the mirrors, which is fine as my mirrors that I'll be installing do infect have them. Will I be able to enable the puddle lamps? My new truck doesn't have the little buttons for the LED mirror flood lights since it wasn't a stock option - my old truck did so it was not an issue.

Again, the question is, can I enable the puddle light feature on a truck that did NOT come with puddle lights from the factory (my new mirrors do have the lamps). Also, anyone know if I will be able to re-use the window modules that I purchased when I did the mod on my old truck or will I have to shell out for two new modules? Thanks!
